facilities, retail stores, warehouses, schools, apartment complexes, construction sites, and other
commercial properties.
Position Overview
The Business Developer will focus on generating new business opportunities and securing recurring
commercial cleaning contracts. This Business-to-Business (B2B) sales role is ideal for confident and
motivated individuals passionate about sales and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
1 Identify and prospect new commercial clients
2 Promote and sell company cleaning services
3 Secure long-term commercial service agreements
4 Conduct in-person sales visits and presentations
5 Build relationships with property managers and business owners
6 Generate leads through networking and outreach
7 Follow up with prospects and close sales
8 Maintain strong client relationships
9 Expand company visibility and brand awareness

Compensation & Benefits
1 Base Salary + Commission
2 Monthly performance bonuses
