Services

BJUFILA provides commercial and residential cleaning services in Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas. Quotes and estimates provided through the Site or otherwise are informational and are not binding until confirmed in a written service agreement or invoice. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are set out in your individual agreement or quote.

Quotes, Bookings, and Walkthroughs

You may request a quote, book a service, or schedule a walkthrough through the Site. Submitting a request does not create a binding contract; a booking is confirmed once we accept it and, where applicable, both parties agree on scope and pricing. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service requests.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as stated on the applicable invoice.
